Week 58 -- 3rd Area -- 5th Companion -- Hesperia, CA

July 13, 2015

Things are going way good! Elder Russell and I are doing really good.  We've started to figure things out.  We just go out and work really hard.  It's helped out a ton.

Super glad to hear that Mary Alice has made a new friend with the new move ins across the street. Super glad that they hit it off really well the first time.  And that's super awesome to hear that the Tate's are loving the Ward.  I saw Elder Tate at the beginning of this transfer and we talked about his family moving into the Ward.  We were both super excited and we both couldn't help but laugh at the fact that it actually happened!

This last week was a pretty good week.  Our investigator Cruz, who had a baptismal date for July 18th,  dropped us .  But, it's okay, he'll eventually get baptized.  So, the week turned into us going out and finding a lot of new people to teach.  We found a pretty good amount of people that said that we could come back. The only thing is we're not to sure how interested they really are, so we'll find out when we go back by to see them.  Other than that, the week was pretty good.  We didn't really do much of anything else.

Things are going super good with our Zone.  As a Zone, we set a goal of 17 baptisms for the next six month.  After we set this goal all of the key indicators (numbers) went up a ton.  Our Zone is just doing a super good job at going out and working hard.  It's awesome to see what an inspired goal can really do to motivate you!  The zone has just done a super good job at going out and working really hard.

Thanks for all that you do.
