Week 63 -- 4th Area -- 6th Companion -- Chino, CA

August 17, 2015

This last week was pretty good.  We had a ton of things come up that really made it hard to go out and work, but, we managed to get out and do a decent amount.  We had 3 investigators passed off to us and in the pass off lesson we picked up another two.

Other than that we had Zone Conference and we were taught a lot about finding people to share the gospel with.  We were taught how we should do it and what makes it effective.

We also had these boxes put into all the mission cars.  The box is called a "tiwi" and it monitors our driving and lets us know if we drive too aggressively, go over the speed limit and don't slow down within the time parameters, and if we do anything bad it reports it to the Mission President and the vehicle coordinator.  So that was interesting.  A guy from Salt Lake came and told us they've been trying it out for about 10 years now.  He also told us that the brethren are done with missionaries not treating the cars the way they should.

But, other than those things it's just been super hot lately.  It's been above 100 degrees pretty much all week.

I'm doing great.  Thanks for all the prayers!  I love you all a ton!

P.S. Here are some pictures.  One is what our car thermometer read and the other is of the box that all the cars now have.
