This last week was a good week. It ended on a really good note. Our investigator, Jordan, was baptized. It was an awesome experience. The baptism went really good. Jordan had a few doubts, concerns, whatever you want to call them come up. We had to go over to his house and help him overcome the trial he was faced with. It was a spiritually draining experience. It was intense, Elder Coombs and I had no idea what to say or what to do. In the end things went good and he was baptized. Jordan ended up being late to his baptism because his key to his apartment broke off in his door. It was just a crazy day for Jordan. Then on Sunday his six year old son, Elijah, had a hard time getting ready for church and getting out the door, so Jordan was late to Sacrament Meeting. But, he was confirmed. It was a crazy weekend for Jordan. Our week consisted a lot of us doing things in preparation for the baptism.
Our family of seven is doing really good. The Dad told us that he knows that this is where his family needs to be. He also told us that we are starting to get through to his wife, which is super awesome. The rest of our investigators are doing really good. They are progressing well and are doing what they need to.
I love all of you so much. Thank you so much for the prayers and for all that you guys do.
Elder Peter H. Niceler
